  Thank you very much for your comments and I am extremely delighted to know that now you both can think and write.
  I am not trying to be a “STATESMAN” I am just a “SANU MANCHHE” who has to work daily to earn meagre pay for his living. I am sure the way you both sound like you are doing a very good job with academy qualifications and training experiences in the past and management etc. I very much regret to tell you that I have not become like you two” JANWAARS”.

  Thanks for your comments but you have surprised me that you don’t know how old is your only Baje who is still alive.

  My “PYARO NATI” to tell you the truth I am reaching my early adolescence and learning to become a rational person. My understanding from your written comments is that you must be an extremely ” SHIFTLESS NATI ” unlike me your “ONLY BAJE” in every respect.
  My “NATI” I have learnt very important things in my life from the Army and if I hadn’t been in the Army you may well have been one the “KHATE” in Kathmandu. The British Army is the perfect factory for the Nepalese people and only this can convert Nepalese into perfect human beings.

  Nepalese people seem to believe that the joining into the British Army is merely a matter of acquiring some basic understanding of military procedures and of achieving high standards in physical fitness. But is rather more to it than that. It is the first step in learning how to become leaders. “SO FAR THERE HAS BEEN NO NEPALI SEEN WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF A QUALITY LEADER OR WHAT IS A LEADER”
  Many talented young Nepalese men can learn the principles of management; but effective leadership is far more demanding. It will be THE SUCCESS AS LEADERS that will decide the progress of their careers in the Army. It will depend on how they exercise their responsibilities to other people.
  If you look at the careers of successful officers, you will find that, no matter how clever they may have been, what really matters is how they related to people under their command. It is an art not a science, and it needs constant attention and refinement to achieve the highest standards. It was not by chance that the motto chosen for the British Army is “Serve to Lead”.
  My “NATI” I hope you will learn at least something from the above.

  i hate to comment on these sort of events. these people cant think of anything else other than drinking alocohol and dancing the funny moves..and eventually ending up in the bed with each other…they need learning good lessons and need their eyes to open…uuufffff…i am tired of reading such SO CALLED DANCE PARTIES…articles…the editor shouldnt publish them in this popular website..instead give more space to the events like…DANDA GHARE DASHAIN PARTY…GET TOGETHER, . they are the discent and geniun Nepalese events. they carry the heart and soul of true nepalese. they should be encouraged to organise more. you can see the originality of them by looking at the way they are dressed up. and if you compare the dress from so called Dance parties…with the DANDA GHARE GATHERING nepali ko maya ra nepal ko maya bokneharuko pahiran ma nai nepalipana jhalkanchha…tara yo Dance party ma janeharuko turn-up heranus na…Naito..dekhine, kapal pani DON KING ko jasto, Bob marley ko jasto, uuuuufffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff had enough…mero time matra waste bhayo tyo article padhda and pic herda.

  its not like that, nothing to do with the Sanstha, its all to do with the programme, all im trying to comment on is the party itself. it could have been something else rather dance party. Nepali Cultural prgramme , songs….folk dances which will represent being Nepalese, which will make the environment as nepalese…those are the things i am talking about…..nothing against the magar sangh kya…..
